The Blue Ridge ISD Board of Trustees approved the superintendent's recommendation of Brayden Bunting for the new assistant principal of Blue Ridge Middle School at the School Board meeting on July 17th.
Mr. Bunting is entering his 14th year in education and is coming to Blue Ridge from Anna ISD where he served as the secondary science and STEM instructional coordinator. Before moving to Anna ISD he taught Chemistry and Anatomy & Physiology at Allen ISD along with Biology and Anatomy & Physiology at Hill College. He has a degree in Biology/Biochemistry from Hardin-Simmons University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from UNT.
Mr. Bunting is happily married to his wife Kaelyn who is an elementary school librarian. They have two insane (and insanely awesome) kids ages 6 and 3 and have 1 dog. When not working you can find Mr. Bunting and his family at their church Hope Fellowship, at little league or cub scouts with their kids, or camping/kayaking/fishing at the lake.
Mr. Bunting is a lifelong learner with the hope that his efforts will inspire every student while also providing a safe and supportive environment for students and staff.
Welcome to Blue Ridge ISD Brayden Bunting!
