The 7th grade ELAR are working on Replacing "Dead" Verbs for more vivid verbs in their writing. They had a funeral last week for their dead/simple verbs. The students had to search the thesaurus for synonym verbs to replace them. Then they will write a short story and then edit and replace all verbs with vivid verbs. They really enjoyed this project. Thank you Ms. Masters for creating great engaging lessons.

Come join us this Thursday for our BRMS Cross Country Meet in Blue Ridge. Last weekend our girls placed 5th out of 19 teams and the boys placed 8th out of 15 teams. Let's go Tigers!
