Last night BRES Beta sponsor Laura Todd celebrated the success the BRES Beta club had at the state competition this year. The club placed in or won in 38 different events and had 49 students qualify to compete at the national convention in Louisville, Kentucky. 5th grade student Finn Hamilton was even voted in as the State of Texas Elementary Beta President. Last night at the School Board meeting we recognized our BRISD inaugural fishing team- Hunter Dyer and Tye Mounger. In their first season this team has had tremendous success and advanced to the state competition this weekend. We would like to give a huge shoutout to parent volunteer Justin Dyer for helping sponsor and coach this team. Best of luck this weekend at the state competition! #BRISDpride




Coach Morrison celebrated the success the tennis team had this season at the School Board meeting last night. He recognized Ty Burden, Kaden Jenkins, Mya Love, and Christina Dauster for advancing to regionals. Congratulations Tigers on a great season! #BRISDpride




At the School Board meeting last night, Coach Rodriguez presented the regional qualifiers to the Board of Trustees. He shared how these dedicated athletes didn't let obstacles get in their way on their path to success. This season the team set 5 school records, had several athletes advance to regionals, and two go on to compete at the state competition. Way to go Tigers! #BRISDpride

BRHS principal Trent Hamilton recognized the Class of 2023 Valedictorian Ellie Mulvihill and Salutatorian Jacob Pennington to the Board of Trustees tonight. These seniors have dedicated themselves to achieving their goals and we are so proud of their success. Congrats!#BRISDpride
